The scenarios will be structured to challenge the operators skills when dealing with operational upset, the difficulty can be varied according to how the operator(s) are handling the drill; an operator struggling with the basics will not encounter as many obstacles as one handling the situation with a higher level of confidence, for these operators the facilitator can introduce additional obstacles to enhance the challenge and experience.

At the end of each exercise, the facilitator will provide a debriefing to all participants focused on recognizing procedures performed correctly and reviewing re-enforcing procedures and processes in need of refinement.
