This workshop is intended for operators from large or small distribution systems, whether they are experienced or new in the water distribution field. The goal of the workshop is to refresh operators as to expected best practices in running a utility, and to assess where gaps may exist and, using up to date resources, determine practical steps to address them.

For operators of distribution systems of any size or setting, and is of value to operators who specialize in particular functions or those who must perform all aspects of distribution system maintenance and repair. By understanding risks to operational integrity, operators will be better able to recognize conditions before they become critical in terms of both capacity, delivery and/or water quality.
