I would also like to pass on my appreciation to Faith Johannson and MTS for the Water Treatmemt Lv 2 course I attended in Vernon this past January from the 15-19. The in class instruction was 1st rate. Faith is the BEST educator I’ve had since I left university in 1999. MTS is blessed to have such a top rate educator, and I was lucky to have received instruction from such a talented individual. I look forward to taking another course from MTS with Faith as the instructor!

I recently re-certified my backflow ticket at your establishment, and Trevor was the instructor. This was the second time I have recertified this ticket, and the 3rd overall testing I did to achieve/keep this ticket. I just wanted to say Trevor, that you not only made this course fun (except when you were watching me do the practical! Just kidding), but you were also very professional in passing on your knowledge to us, and I even learned a few more things. “Wanted to thank you for the way you run the Back Assembly Tester Course. There are a lot of little things that you do that work very well in recalling the order of things while doing the exam. The one hose / 1PSI, closing the valves 1, 2, 3, 4 from left to right, going around the clock, etc. Comes back to you strong while actually performing the task. That and you are very thorough with the hydraulic explanation of each assembly and repeat the information often and in the same manner. Giving everyone in class, regardless of background a good chance of passing the exam and becoming a good tester after. Its obvious that is the world you live in. So the Industry related stories are relative and quite often humorous and that helps the week go by. Thanks for a job well done!”
