Adapted to the Safe Work Procedures (SWP) of the host utility and designed for those utility workers, contractors and personnel required to work in the vicinity of Asbestos Cement (AC) Pipe, this 1 day session follows the AC Awareness training and allows workers the opportunity to practice their approved SWP’s and asbestos handing techniques.

• Handling, Removal and Disposal Requirements
• Hand Tools
• Hot or Wet Tap
• Spill Cleanup
• Wrapping and Bagging
• Disposal 

Note: All participants will need to bring their own respirators (P1000 filters only) and be fit tested in advance. Other PPE: CSA approved rubber boots or regular steel toe boots with boot covers.
