A one day course providing detailed information on basic functions of automatic control valves. Includes how pressure reducing, relief and combination piloting systems work, main valve and pilot disassembly, maintenance techniques, startup and troubleshooting. Pilots are provided so students can practice disassembly and reassembly. A summary booklet is provided with all slides, step by step maintenance pictures and for taking notes for future reference. Designed for any operator, this course is a great introduction to control valves for the novice and a good refresher for more experienced operators.
