Targeting the operator responsible for performing service connections, this one day program offers theory and hands on live tapping, 3/4 & 1 " service connections and when requested / available 6" size on size demonstration. The course covers the following topics.

- Basic Hydraulics

- Water Main materials and characteristics

- Tapping materials and proper installation techniques

- Safety

- Tapping procedures (4 manufacturer's machines for use)

- Final connections, testing and flushing
