Utility Asset Management & Tracking (UtiliTrak) Software

UtiliTrak is a comprehensive utility management system designed to provide utility operators the ability to record and manage daily tasks as they are completed, utilizing a Palm-based platform. The handhelds are complemented by a user-friendly desktop suite providing office staff access to field data collected and the ability to generate reports to meet the ever-increasing demands for maintenance records and formal reporting of asset condition.

UtiliTrak provides routine daily journals, fixed asset inventory and maintenance management for hydrants, valves, pumps, as well as development tools such as an Emergency Response Plan generator, confined space inventory surveys, sidewalk assessments, and final inspection tools for water and sewer services. Additionally, UtiliTrak is expandable and customizable to meet your specific utility needs.

Considering GIS mapping, all inventoried assets such as valves, hydrants, PRV stations, etc. have provisional fields for mapping coordinates. As an option, UtiliTrak can be delivered on handhelds with built-in GPS receivers. Have an existing GIS system? UtiliTrak has an open protocol which can be mapped to many of the existing GIS Programs.
