Supported Operating Systems

These operating systems have been tested to work with MTS Template Editor.

• Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition
• Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional
• Microsoft Windows XP Professional*
• Microsoft Windows Vista*

Networked Installations

All support enquiries for troubleshooting or maintaining any networking infrastructure is not included in the standard support fees. A network administrator, or someone with administrator priviledges, MUST be present during any support calls when MTS TE is installed in a networked environment.

MTS TE officially supports the following two methods of networking to share the database with multiple users, and for backup purposes.

• Windows shared directories (Microsoft Access database)
• Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or higher
