• Digital Field Data Aquisition

Easily enter all of your assessments digitally while on-site allows you to synchronize that data with your desktop PC in the office, making it instantly available to other aspects of your program, such as customer correspondance and generating reports for management.

  Whether entering data in the handheld in the field, or making changes on the desktop PC, this software was designed first and foremost to be easy to use. In contrast to complicated software applications, FAST will boost your productivity and save your time when managing an entire cross-connection control program.

• Facility Assessments and BFP Inventory & Test Results

  On just one screen you can view all identified cross-connections and inventoried backflow preventors associated to all of your customers. Just a couple of clicks and you can pull up the facility assessment summary report, or all of the recorded test results for a particular backflow preventor. This can be accessed in the office, or in the field.

• Automated Customer Correspondance Reminders

  Keep track of all letters sent to your customers regarding BFP testing or facility assessments. A reminders list will automatically pop-up when you start the software, listing all customers that are past-due for facility compliance or BFP testing, allowing you to print follow-up letters for mailing out.

• Purveyor <-> Surveyor Import/Export

  If you are a purveyor and have surveyors/testers that use FAST there is a unique feature that allows you to send them facility data from selected customers to better enable them with their assessments/testing. When the surveyor/tester is done, they can export their data back to the purveyor, giving them instant access to their findings.

• Online Updates

  If your desktop PC has an active internet connection you can periodically check for software updates via the internet. This will ensure you have the latest, up-to-date version of our software.

• Custom Letters & Reminders

  FAST has incorporated an internal word-processing engine that allows you to customize the standard letters shipped with the software. Similar to mail-merge, all fields associated with your customers data are available to you when customizing your letters. Also, custom reminders are possible and can be associated with your custom letters.
